How long does setup take?
One call and a night. We take fifteen minutes to learn your kitchen, build your checks and your dates the same day, and your team starts on them the next morning. The QR kit follows in the post.
What does my team have to do?
Tap a link and follow the steps on their own phone, in their own language. A check takes about four minutes. There is nothing to install, nothing to log into and nothing to learn.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time, both directions, and it takes effect on your next bill. Moving up turns the compliance dates and the vendor portal on; moving down leaves every record you have already made exactly where it is.
What counts as a "location"?
One kitchen at one address. Unlimited staff, unlimited checks, unlimited vendors inside it. If you run three restaurants you pay for three, and volume pricing starts there.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly is month to month and you can stop whenever you like. Annual is paid up front for twelve months, which is what takes two months off the price and the setup fee off the bill.
What if my restaurant type isn’t common?
That is what the setup call is for. Ghost kitchens, breweries, bakeries, food halls: we look up what your type and your city actually require and build to that, rather than handing you a template to fix yourself.
How is this different from a checklist app?
A checklist app records that somebody ticked a box. Skillet keeps who did it, when, and the photo that proves it, tracks the dates an inspector cares about, and lets the hood cleaner leave their own record when they visit. It is the file you hand over, not the list you keep.
